ERP Pilot

QAD Implementation Partners

QAD Adaptive ERP is built for manufacturers in automotive, life sciences, food and beverage, high tech and industrial products. Many projects are led by QAD's own services organisation; independent partners add capacity, regional presence and specialist knowledge, for example in automotive EDI or validation for regulated industries.

Why list on ERP Pilot?

Buyers arrive pre-qualified: they have completed an ERP comparison quiz and selected a shortlist.

High purchase intent: visitors are actively mid-selection, not just researching.

Vendor-neutral platform: your listing sits next to competitors, not below them in a vendor's own partner finder.

How to Choose the Right QAD Partner

QAD customers are usually global manufacturers with plants in several countries. A good partner combines QAD product knowledge with experience in your industry's compliance and supply chain requirements.

1. Industry Requirements Come First

Automotive suppliers need JIT and sequenced delivery, EDI with OEMs and customer-specific labelling. Life sciences companies need validated systems and documentation for IQ, OQ and PQ. Ask the partner which of these requirements it has delivered on QAD and for which customers.

2. Plan the Rollout Across Plants

QAD projects often start with a template at one plant and roll it out to others. Ask how the partner builds and governs the global template, how it handles local legal requirements, and whether it has consultants in the countries where your plants are.

3. Clarify the Split With QAD Services

Where QAD's own services organisation is involved, agree in writing which party is responsible for design, configuration, data migration and testing. Unclear responsibilities between vendor and partner are a common source of delays.
