These terms govern your use of ERP Pilot (erp-pilot.com) and any reports or content you purchase. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

ERP Pilot (erp-pilot.com) is operated by Enlix, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: hi@erp-pilot.com.

2. What we offer

ERP Pilot provides a free ERP comparison quiz and paid decision reports (the Quick Fit Summary and the Board Decision Report). The quiz and reports are informational tools that help you shortlist ERP systems. They are not a purchase recommendation, and they are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details. Taxes may apply.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment, you receive online access to your purchased report (and ebook if included in Pro). Access is personal, non-transferable, and for private use only.

5. Refunds / Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are offered only if you cannot access your purchased report due to a technical issue on our side, Refunds are not available for reasons such as disliking the results, finding them unhelpful, or expecting different outcomes.

6. No Professional Advice

The Service is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Quiz or any other results. Content may change over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (quiz, reports, ebook, designs, software) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, share, or redistribute purchased content without permission.

8. Third-Party Links

We may display links to job boards, communities, or other resources. We do not control or endorse these third parties and accept no responsibility for their content, services, or availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Our entire liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunities), even if advised of the possibility. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts in Portugal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (EU).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the latest version.
